Directed a management team of ~119 direct reports and in-direct reports spread across 9 different locations throughout the State of Alaska. Conducted detailed assessments, including results from in-person visits and quarterly associate engagement surveys. Enhanced capabilities of team members through regular coaching and motivation. Addressed HR related issues and opportunities by investigating/analyzing the facts and delivering recommendations for next steps. Created and implemented company-wide culture expectations based on leadership behaviors in collaboration with team members.

Efficiently managed disciplinary cases brought to the board, while reviewing and voting on licensee applications. Partnered with board staff to research and respond to incoming board communications and regulatory inquiries.

Led the pharmacy toward corporate goals and objectives, while communicating company agenda and initiatives to pharmacy associates. Ensured compliance with corporate policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations. Maintained appropriate inventory levels through warehouse purchases. Evaluated pharmacy dispensing incidents and created action plans to prevent future recurrence.
