  • Managed overall operations across 24 retail pharmacies, while providing leadership to an additional 28 pharmacies for several months while that district recruited a new District Manager.

  • Responded to customer communications from the corporate call center.

  • Regularly analyzed customer feedback and implemented robust plans of correction which resulted in a 6% increase in customer satisfaction and drove 38.28% decrease in customer complaints over same timeframe.

  • Successfully integrated acquisition and merger of Eckerd Drugs in the district.

  • Controlled district inventory levels and ended fiscal year 2.33% below plan.

  • Partnered with loss prevention to conduct pharmacy investigations.

  • Partnered with scheduler to evaluate and recommend pharmacist schedules.

  • Partnered with senior stakeholders to investigate HR related cases and administer disciplinary action.

  • Conducted annual performance evaluations.

  • Launched and trained employees on new dispensing software program and workflow processes.
